This sourdough flatbread, made from the tremendously nutritious grain teff, along with several other grains, is high in iron and calcium and absolutely delicious. These spongey, bubbly "pancakes" are used to eat all Ethiopian food, without utensils. Made by an authentic Ethiopian market, delivered by Full Belly Fare with your order. Note: these are not gluten free, they contain barley, even though the primary grain is teff, which is gluten free.
